Beware Web.com!

I had a bad experience with web.com who had been hosting my website for increasingly higher monthly payments which it frankly was not worth. However, in addition to that, I had signed up for their so-called “Gorilla” marketing program which they claimed would drive much more traffic to my website. Well, not only did it not increase the views, but the number actually went down over that time period! And I was paying $75 a month for that? Well, I cancelled their idiotic Gorilla program, but guess what? They continued to bill me for it. So I threatened to stop them altogether. Then they offered me a lower monthly rate which I accepted.

I suspect that the web.com group consists of some young adults who just sit around stroking each others’ libidos and picking their zits. They certainly did not appear to provide the service I had paid for. That, of course, is just my opinion, but I would like to hear from any others having similar experiences with web.com.

I will never subscribe to anothing other than web.com’s basic service again!
